No Need of fonts & software's.You Just only need windows 7 operating system.
1. In search-box start typing Region.. the select the "Region and Language"

2.click change language-->Add--->select the language you want
3.Now the language is setted...
In the task-bar, Language bar will be displayed... There You can able to Switch between the selected languages
select --TA Tamil(India)
4. use on-screen keyboard for typing... (type "onscreen keyboard" in search box)
5. go to your facebook profile.. start posting your updates in TAMIL
